From the moment you arrive.............

A very warm and hospitable welcome awaits anyone stepping through our door. A great bed and breakfast at the quitier end of Great Yarmouth, that caters for everyone from tourists to businessmen, families to individuals. All our rooms are en-suite, which were refurbished in 2007 and are maintained to a high standard, you have your own keys to come and go as you please. Our guests are assured of four star treatment at a price second to none, as we are trying to break from the norm, we do not increase prices every time a bank holiday comes along. So that you will return year after year for a relaxing, care free holiday in our home-from-home atmosphere, whether its a long or short stay you'll always be welcome.

We are less than a minute walk from the seafront and the South Quay. A slow 10 minute stroll will get you into the town centre with its shops, station, pubs, clubs and casinos. If you are not feeling very energetic, on the doorstep are general stores, a post office, newsagents, a betting office, pubs, clubs, take-aways and of course local bus stops to get you anywhere into town and beyond.

We have eight large en-suite rooms from singles to family size sleeping up to four. Travel cot, hairdryer, hot drinks facilities, bottled water, spare blankets/pillows, baby bath etc, are available. Centrally heated throughout for comfort in the winter and for the summer electric fans, just to take the bite out of the heat.

Our aim is to source (as much as possible) all our food from the local area. So that you really do get a taste of Norfolk.

Why not start the day with our new 10 mile full English cooked breakfast. All the ingredients are sourced from local farmers and growers within 10 miles of Great Yarmouth, including the preserves which are homemade or made locally.
