From the moment you arrive...........

A traditional warm and hospitable Norfolk welcome awaits you from a comfortable bed and breakfast at the quieter end of Great Yarmouth, that caters for everyone from tourists to businessmen, families to individuals. All rooms are en-suite and maintained to a high standard, guests have their own keys to come and go as they please, four star treatment at a price second to none. as we are trying to break from the norm, there is no increase for season or bank holidays.

We are less than a minute walk from the Pleasure Beach and the South Quay. A slow 10 minute stroll will get you into the town centre with its shops, station, clubs, pubs and casino, but without having to listen to it all night. If you are not feeling that energetic on the door step are, general stores, post office, newsagent and the

local bus service run every 10 minutes.

We have eight large en-suite rooms from twins to family (sleeps four), with colour TV and free view, coffee/tea facilities, bottled water,  also available is travel cot, hairdryer, spare blanket/pillows, baby bath etc. they are centrally heated for comfort in the winter with fans for the summer. 

The Shamrock speciality is our 10 mile breakfast.

Our aim this to source all our food from the local area for a real taste of Norfolk,

as little a possible is gathered from outside a 10 mile radius of  Yarmouth, from farmers producing meat and vegetables, locals who make homemade preserves, chutneys and pickles. After all variety is the spice of life.
